In most German states, the summer vacations are almost over and school is about to start. The issue of mandatory masks in schools is more topical than ever. At the latest shortly before the start of school, teachers and students must equip themselves with masks in order to keep the reproduction figures low. Whether they choose a certified mask, a community mask, a single-layer or double-layer mask is up to them. That is why we think: In any case, the choice should fall on a sustainable mask 😊
The daily use of disposable masks produces vast amounts of waste and that's a shame. We offer breathable cotton masks in various sizes and have recently added smaller fabric masks for children to our range.
Let the kids romp and play carefree despite mouth and nose covering! Thanks to the loop weave, our children's mask can be adjusted comfortably and if the children are allowed to take off the masks at the seat or during recess, the fabric mask can then also be hung comfortably around the neck without getting lost. This year: a perfect addition for the start of school, school bag but still please do not forget 😊.
Our masks are made in local tailors and workshops in Cologne and are made of organic fabrics or fabric scraps from Germany. There is also the possibility to have the masks individually embroidered, for example with favorite words or names, for a bit of fun and joy when wearing the masks in the school day!
In addition, with every mask sold in our online store, we donate another mask to Africa to the organization Amani Kibera. So by buying a mask from Goodgive, you can do something good for yourself, your kids, the environment and others - win-win for everyone!
